What we do:
We use a number of awareness and mindfulness practices, including the Japanese meditation technique. This is not about emptying the mind or becoming perfectly calm. The goal is to train the ability to notice what is happening: tension, thoughts, emotions, sensory overload, fatigue or stress signals.
