Menopause Coach

Your First Step Towards Understanding Your Changing Body

Understand what your body is trying to tell you, so you can stop fighting symptoms in isolation and start making changes that work with your body, your life and this stage of womanhood.

Menopause Coaching Support

Initial Consultation, €75

Before starting the Lifestyle Review, we begin with a focused introductory session. This is a chance for you to explain what is happening, what you have already tried and what kind of support you are looking for.

It is also a chance for both of us to understand whether this work is the right fit.

This consultation helps clarify:

  • what concerns you most right now

  • whether your situation fits within health, lifestyle and wellbeing support

  • whether medical, nutritional, psychological or physiotherapy support may be needed first or alongside this work

  • whether you are ready for structured observation, short weekly trackers and gradual behaviour change

  • whether my approach feels right for you

The introductory consultation is a separate paid session. It does not oblige you to continue.

If the format is suitable for you, and if I believe I can support you within my scope, we can begin the Lifestyle Review.

If another specialist is more appropriate, I will tell you honestly.

This phase is the Lifestyle Review, when we make assessment and analysis of your life. It is the first structured stage of one-to-one work. Before we create a plan or begin deeper coaching, we take time to understand what is actually happening in your daily life and which areas need attention first.

The length of the review depends on your situation. If your concern is clear and focused, for example improving body composition, losing weight or building strength, the review may be shorter and more targeted. If your symptoms are more complex, for example fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, emotional overload, low energy, weight changes or multiple menopause-related concerns, we may need to look more broadly.

Depending on your needs, the review may include:

  • Stress and recovery

  • Sleep and energy

  • Body, weight and nutrition

  • Movement and physical activity

  • Menopause-related symptoms

  • Priorities and next steps

You complete short, specialised trackers rather than long daily diaries, so we can gather useful information without making the process overwhelming.

When a clear pattern appears, I may suggest small first adjustments during the review. These are not generic tips, but careful, realistic changes based on what we are already seeing.

At the end of the Lifestyle Review, you receive a written summary with your main patterns, priority areas and recommended next steps.

The review usually includes 4 to 6 meetings. Six meetings is the maximum, used when the picture is more complex and requires a broader review.

The purpose of this stage is to stop guessing and create a clear, realistic starting point for further work.

PHASE I. Assessment and Analysis, 4-6 sessions

Menopause Coaching Support

After the Lifestyle Review, you can decide whether you want to continue into the main stage of one-to-one work.

This stage is focused on lifestyle change, implementation and habit support.

Together, we work on the key priorities identified during your Lifestyle Review. Instead of trying to change everything at once, we focus on 2–3 areas that are most relevant to your wellbeing, symptoms, goals and daily life.

Depending on your review, this may include sleep routines, stress recovery, energy management, nutrition habits, movement, strength-based activity, body composition, menopause-related symptoms, consistency, behaviour change or daily structure.

The work is practical and individual. We look at what is realistic for you, what fits your current responsibilities, what supports your body after 40, and what helps you move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.

During this stage, we review progress, adjust the plan when needed, and work through the barriers that often make lifestyle change difficult: lack of time, low energy, overwhelm, emotional eating, inconsistency, perfectionism, loss of motivation or trying to do too much too soon.

The goal is not to make you dependent on coaching.

The goal is to help you build confidence, structure and autonomy, so you can continue supporting your health and wellbeing in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and your own.g Ideas, Real Impact.

PHASE II. Core Lifestyle Work, up to 3 months

PHASE III. On-going Support

After the main stage of one-to-one work, you may choose to continue with ongoing support.

This phase is for women who want more time to consolidate new habits, continue working on other priorities, or do not yet feel ready to maintain the changes fully on their own.

We may continue refining sleep, stress recovery, nutrition, movement, strength-based activity, energy management, body composition, menopause-related symptoms or behaviour change.

This is a lighter and more flexible stage based on the work we have already done.

The aim is to help you stay consistent, adjust your strategy when needed and gradually build more confidence and autonomy in supporting your own health and wellbeing.

Written Format Available

If you prefer written communication, the Lifestyle Review and further support can be done in writing.

This may suit you if you prefer time to think, reflect and respond carefully, or if live meetings feel tiring or uncomfortable.

The written format is structured. It includes weekly trackers, focused questions, written feedback and a final summary. It is not unlimited messaging.
