Private Health, Menopause & Wellbeing Support

Stop guessing what you need to change.

You deserve to understand what actually deserves attention in your individual situation and what does not.

Phase I. 6-Week Midlife Lifestyle Review

Assessment and Analysis stage, 4-6 sessions

You may already be trying to take care of yourself - eating reasonably well, staying active, working on your sleep, managing stress - and still feel that something is not working.

Your energy may be lower. Sleep may be less restorative. Exercise may take more out of you than it used to. Your weight or body composition may be changing. Recovery may feel slower. Menopause-related symptoms may be adding another layer of complexity.

The problem is often not a lack of advice.

It is knowing what actually deserves attention in your individual situation and what does not.

The 6-Week Midlife Lifestyle Review is a structured assessment of the factors that may be influencing how you feel and function in midlife.

Rather than changing several things at once, we first take time to understand what is happening.

What We Look At

Over six weeks, we review the main areas that influence health and wellbeing in midlife:

  • Sleep and daily energy

  • Stress, mental load and recovery

  • Nutrition and eating patterns

  • Movement, exercise and physical activity

  • Menopause-related symptoms

  • Motivation, routines and practical barriers

Each area is explored separately using focused questions and short periods of tracking.

The aim is not to monitor everything you do.

It is to collect enough real-life information to identify patterns that may be difficult to see from memory or from a single consultation.

Why Six Weeks?

A single questionnaire gives a snapshot.

Real life is more variable.

Sleep may change across the menstrual cycle. A particularly stressful week may affect appetite, training and recovery. Energy may look very different on working days and weekends. What feels like a nutrition problem may partly be a sleep or workload problem.

Looking at these areas over several weeks allows us to distinguish isolated bad days from patterns that repeatedly occur.

This means recommendations can be based on your actual circumstances rather than assumptions or generic midlife advice.

What You Receive

At the end of the Review, you receive a personalised written report bringing the information together.

It includes:

Your current picture

A structured overview of the main factors affecting your health and wellbeing.

Patterns and connections

Where sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, recovery and menopause-related changes may be interacting.

What is already working

Not everything needs to be changed. The Review also identifies habits and behaviours that are already supporting you.

What deserves attention

The areas that appear most relevant to your current concerns.

Your priorities

Usually one or two areas to focus on first rather than trying to improve everything simultaneously.

Practical next steps

Clear recommendations for what to do next, based on the findings of your Review.

Where something falls outside the scope of lifestyle support or would be more appropriately discussed with a medical professional, this will also be clearly identified.

Who Is This For?

The Lifestyle Review may be useful if you:

  • feel tired or poorly recovered despite trying to live healthily

  • are sleeping but do not feel restored

  • are exercising but feel increasingly depleted

  • are confused by changes in weight or body composition

  • are experiencing several midlife changes at the same time

  • have tried different health recommendations without knowing which ones matter

  • feel that you are doing many things “right” but still do not feel well

  • want an objective look at your lifestyle before making further changes

It is particularly suited to women who do not need another list of general recommendations.

You want to understand what is relevant to you.

What The Review Is Not

The Lifestyle Review is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

It does not replace assessment by your GP or another qualified healthcare professional when medical investigation or treatment is needed.

It is also not a restrictive diet plan, exercise programme or menopause treatment protocol.

Its purpose is to examine your lifestyle as a system, identify priorities and help you decide where your effort is most likely to be useful.

What Happens After The Review?

You are not required to continue working with me.

For some women, the written findings and recommendations are enough to begin making changes independently.

If you would like support putting the recommendations into practice, you can continue into the next stage of my Personalised Guidance.

This usually involves approximately three months of focused work on one or two priorities identified during your Review.

The decision is yours.
