Menopause Coach

Your First Step Towards Understanding Your Changing Body

Understand what your body is trying to tell you, so you can stop fighting symptoms in isolation and start making changes that work with your body, your life and this stage of womanhood.

Menopause Coaching Support

PHASE III. On-Going Support

After the main stage of one-to-one work, you may choose to continue with ongoing support.

This phase is for women who want more time to consolidate new habits, continue working on other priorities, or do not yet feel ready to maintain the changes fully on their own.

We may continue refining sleep, stress recovery, nutrition, movement, strength-based activity, energy management, body composition, menopause-related symptoms or behaviour change.

This is a lighter and more flexible stage based on the work we have already done.

The aim is to help you stay consistent, adjust your strategy when needed and gradually build more confidence and autonomy in supporting your own health and wellbeing.

Written Format Available

If you prefer written communication, all support can be done in writing.

This may suit you if you prefer time to think, reflect and respond carefully, or if live meetings feel tiring or uncomfortable.

The written format is structured. It includes weekly trackers, focused questions, written feedback and a final summary. It is not unlimited messaging.

How to Start

If you would like to explore whether this work is the right fit, please contact me by email.

The first step is a paid introductory consultation. This conversation helps clarify your current situation, your priorities, and whether your request fits within my non-medical lifestyle and wellbeing support.

Please do not send detailed medical records, test results, medication lists, diagnostic reports or highly sensitive health information before the introductory consultation.

If we decide to work together, I may ask for relevant health-related and wellbeing information only after you have given explicit consent.
