Menopause Coach

Your First Step Towards Understanding Your Changing Body

Understand what your body is trying to tell you, so you can stop fighting symptoms in isolation and start making changes that work with your body, your life and this stage of womanhood.

After the Lifestyle Review, you can decide whether you want to continue into the main stage of one-to-one work.

This stage is focused on lifestyle change, implementation and habit support.

Together, we work on the key priorities identified during your Lifestyle Review. Instead of trying to change everything at once, we focus on 2–3 areas that are most relevant to your wellbeing, symptoms, goals and daily life.

Depending on your review, this may include sleep routines, stress recovery, energy management, nutrition habits, movement, strength-based activity, body composition, menopause-related symptoms, consistency, behaviour change or daily structure.

The work is practical and individual. We look at what is realistic for you, what fits your current responsibilities, what supports your body after 40, and what helps you move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.

During this stage, we review progress, adjust the plan when needed, and work through the barriers that often make lifestyle change difficult: lack of time, low energy, overwhelm, emotional eating, inconsistency, perfectionism, loss of motivation or trying to do too much too soon.

The goal is not to make you dependent on coaching.

The goal is to help you build confidence, structure and autonomy, so you can continue supporting your health and wellbeing in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and your own.g Ideas, Real Impact.

How to Start

If you would like to explore whether this work is the right fit, please contact me by email.

The first step is a paid introductory consultation. This conversation helps clarify your current situation, your priorities, and whether your request fits within my non-medical lifestyle and wellbeing support.

Please do not send detailed medical records, test results, medication lists, diagnostic reports or highly sensitive health information before the introductory consultation.

If we decide to work together, I may ask for relevant health-related and wellbeing information only after you have given explicit consent.
