WHO I WORK WITH
I work with women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause who want to better understand their changing bodies and regain strength, stability and control over their health.
Hormonal changes at this stage often affect sleep quality, energy levels, mood, recovery and body composition. Many women experience persistent fatigue, disrupted sleep, unexpected weight gain and a general sense that their usual routines no longer work. My role is to provide structured, personalised menopause support that addresses these changes through evidence-based lifestyle strategies rather than quick fixes or generic advice.
My approach is calm, systematic and practical. We focus on sleep regulation, daily rhythms, strength and mobility training, stress physiology, nutrition habits and sustainable behaviour change. Every plan is tailored and delivered privately in a 1:1 format.
Based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, I work with a small number of women locally and online who are ready to commit their time and attention to meaningful, long-term wellbeing.

You receive an individual, evidence-based plan tailored to your physiology, capacity and real-life schedule.
Guided habit integration and growing independence
Over several months, we work together to implement changes step by step, building sustainable routines, strength and self-management skills.
